Geely will launch the new Geely E2 in Belgium after the summer. This spacious family car will be available in three versions: the E2 Max, Pro and Ultra, and will be fully electric. With this new model, the international car manufacturer, with more than 40 years of experience, offers a compact electric saloon suited to drivers' everyday needs.

With a range of 252 km (E2 Max) and 345 km (E2 Pro and Ultra), a single full charge is enough for the average Belgian commuter to cover an entire week of commuting. And at weekends too, the same battery makes it easy to take on longer journeys, for example to the Ardennes or the coast, thanks to the multi-link rear suspension and numerous safety features.

"The Geely E2 is the smartest choice for everyday drivers," says Patrick Zegwaard, Marketing Director of Geely Benelux. "This model is aimed at people who want to drive an electric car every day without making compromises. The E2 combines comfort, space and technology at a level usually only found in higher categories, without sacrificing ease of use."

Exceptional space

Although the E2 looks like a compact saloon from the outside, its cabin ranks among the most spacious in its segment. This 5-seater car comes with a boot offering enough space for a family weekend away (375 litres). It also has a "frunk" (front boot) with a capacity of 70 litres, providing extra space for a weekend bag or sports bag. The more than thirty storage compartments provide handy spots for your sunglasses, earphones or keys. Thanks to its flat floor, all passengers enjoy generous legroom and great comfort.

Patrick Zegwaard adds: "With this car, there's no longer any need to choose who or what to bring along. Its design ensures there's always room for your passengers and your belongings. Whether it's grocery shopping, dropping off and picking up the kids, or a family outing with the dog."

Smart design

The E2's ease of use comes from intelligent design. Despite offering a spacious interior, this newcomer to the segment, weighing between 1,290 and 1,365 kg, remains the lightest in its category. This ensures low energy consumption and comfortable driving. The top-of-the-range version also features a 540° camera, giving the driver a complete panoramic view around the vehicle. All models are equipped with heated seats, a 14.6-inch central multimedia screen and a durable LFP battery. Patrick Zegwaard explains: "Technology should assist the driver, not distract them behind the wheel. That's why the model is equipped with top-quality technological aids, tailored to everyday needs."

The E2 is available in five colours: from pastel green and beige to professional shades of white, grey and silver.
